Here at Zent Family Dentistry we are committed to serving our patients and our community and we are so grateful that we get to do just that every day. With that in mind, we are excited to announce our first Grateful Giveaway!

 

As a token of our appreciation and gratitude, we are giving away a FREE Thanksgiving Meal to 3 deserving individuals. Please read the details and nominate your deserving person below!

We will be accepting nominations from now until November 7th, 2024, here on our website, via the form below. After November 7th, the application time will be over. We will then review the nominees and announce the winners by November 22nd, 2024. We will call all winners and arrange times for them to come pick up their Thanksgiving meals! Pickup will be on November 27th.
